ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email from KAANTHAA or see a confirmation message after completing checkout, which includes a system-generated order number.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
KAANTHAA reserves the right to cancel orders due to various reasons, including but not limited to: items being out of stock, technical errors during order placement, a history of suspicious transactions, quality control issues, incomplete or incorrect contact details, pricing discrepancies, or declined credit/debit card payments by the bank.
Customers may cancel their orders before they have been processed or shipped.
DELAYS:
KAANTHAA aims to ensure timely deliveries as per the standard schedule. However, the company is not responsible for any delays in pickup, shipping, or delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, storms, floods) or force majeure events beyond KAANTHAA’s control. The company is also not liable for lost, damaged, mis-delivered, out-of-stock, or canceled orders due to such circumstances.
ORDER PLACEMENT:
Customers can make payments through available online payment options or via bank transfers. KAANTHAA does not guarantee the availability of products at the time of order placement. If an item is out of stock, customers will be given the option to choose another product of the same price range. The company is not responsible for delays caused by out-of-stock products. If no response is received from the customer, the order may be canceled without prior notice.
International orders are only processed once the full payment is received.
For customers within Pakistan, orders up to PKR 5000 can be placed with payment on delivery. Orders exceeding this amount require advance payment. Full advance payment is also required for stitching orders.
